Addressing Gender and Racial Disparity in the Biotech and Healthcare Industry

As the U.S. has transformed rapidly to a technology-based economy, employment in STEM fields has nearly doubled over the last 30 years. While this number far outpaces overall job growth, women, and minorities (in particular) continue to be underrepresented across much of the life sciences and healthcare industries.
