Dallas-Fort Worth Tops U.S. Metro Areas in Job Creation Over the Past Year

Dallas-Fort Worth emerges as the top-performing metro in the nation for job growth, securing the No. 1 spot in net jobs added, according to the latest report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. From November 2022 to November 2023, the metro area experienced the largest net employment increase, adding an impressive 139,700 jobs, surpassing other major metros such as New York-Newark-Jersey City and Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim.
