Dallas Grants $8M in Incentives for Pegasus Park Expansion 

Dallas City Council awarded nearly $8 million in incentives to Bridge Labs for a $110 million expansion of the Pegasus Park life sciences campus.

“Bridge Labs is a vital step in the evolution of the Dallas life sciences ecosystem,” said Sam Johnson, principal of the commercial real estate investment firm Montgomery Street Partners, in an emailed statement. “We are excited to work with the city of Dallas to bring this project to life, which will foster local innovation and attract new life sciences and health care companies and institutions to the region.”
