Texas Tech University's Discoveries to Impact Month Shines Across North Texas
The sixth annual Discoveries to Impact (DTI) event surpassed all expectations, presenting an extensive showcase of West Texas excellence throughout the entirety of April. Spanning a month-long celebration with dedicated weeks for Research, Engagement, Innovation, and Startups, DTI attracted over 1,750 attendees and featured a diverse array of events. From the esteemed 16th Annual TTU Undergraduate Research Conference and CISER's prestigious 32nd Undergraduate Research Scholars Banquet to the highly anticipated 6th Annual Engaged Scholarship Symposium and the riveting Texas Tech Accelerator Competition, the month was teeming with excitement. Dynamic keynote speakers ignited engaging discussions, fostering collaboration among researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and scholars. Over $430,000 was awarded to deserving individuals throughout the month, underscoring DTI's commitment to nurturing talent and promoting innovation.
