The University of Texas hosted a statewide Brain Research Summit, which gathered its top scientists, researchers and health care experts from across its world class institutions in Texas. Collaboration in tackling the burden of brain diseases, from stoke to brain injury to neuro-developmental disorders and substance abuse disorders was visible at this Summit as was a patient centric commitment.
