Children’s Health Achieves Fourth Consecutive Nursing Excellence Designation

Children’s Health, a prominent pediatric healthcare provider and the leading pediatric healthcare system in North Texas, has secured its fourth consecutive Magnet Designation for Nursing Excellence. The prestigious recognition, bestowed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), acknowledges organizations demonstrating a steadfast commitment to transformational leadership, empowerment of nurses, exemplary practice, and knowledge creation.

Having initially achieved Magnet designation in 2009, Children’s Health has consistently maintained this honor, reinforcing its national standing. Only 10% of U.S. hospitals are Magnet-designated, and a mere 3% have sustained this designation through four consecutive appraisal cycles.
