Unveiling Good Days' 2024 Chronic Disease Day Campaign Calendar for Health Equity

Good Days, a prominent nonprofit dedicated to patient assistance and advocacy, is pleased to unveil the official calendar for the 2024 Chronic Disease Day campaign. This annual event, observed on July 10th, serves as a platform to highlight the significant impact of chronic illnesses, which contribute to seven of the top 10 causes of death in the United States. Through this campaign, initiated by Good Days, the focus is on both raising awareness about preventable deaths stemming from chronic conditions and advocating for increased resources to address and find cures for unavoidable ailments.
